Concord

Concord has some of the oldest houses in the state, along with colonials and farmhouses from every era since. Old clapboard and trim carry many layers of paint, and the work is in preparing them carefully rather than just adding another coat.

We scrape and sand failing paint, repair or replace damaged clapboard and trim, and prime bare wood before finish coats. Historic homes can have lead paint under newer layers; tell us your home's age and we'll plan the prep around it.
