A painting crew that fixes what it finds
WB Painting & Cleaning Inc. paints homes, rentals, and businesses across 14 Massachusetts towns, with the carpentry, washing, and cleaning that make the paint last.
Careful prep, honest estimates, clean job sites
WB Painting & Cleaning Inc. is a Massachusetts painting company run by Wacson Barboza. We work across fourteen towns north and west of Boston, from Andover and Chelmsford to Lexington, Concord, and Sudbury, and south to Westwood.
Most of the houses we paint are older New England homes: colonials, capes, cedar shingle, and clapboard. On those houses the paint is only as good as the wood under it, so we handle the light carpentry too. Rotted trim, worn stair treads, and soft sills are repaired and primed before the finish coat goes on.
We also clean, which is why landlords and people who are moving use us. A rental unit can be patched, painted, and cleaned in one visit, and an empty house can be painted before the moving truck arrives. Every job starts with a free written estimate and ends with a walkaround, where we fix anything you point out before we leave.
What we stand for
Six standards we hold ourselves to on every project — big or small.
Repair first
Rotted wood fixed before it's painted, not covered up.
Written estimates
Scope and price on paper before any work starts.
Respect for your home
Floors, furniture, and plants protected. Clean sites every day.
Six days a week
Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Right product, right surface
Primers and finishes matched to the material and the room.
Final walkaround
The job is checked with you before we call it done.
A better service experience, by design
Generic promises are easy. We focus on the habits that actually make the difference.
Four steps from first call to final walkthrough
A clean, predictable process so you always know what's next.
Free estimate visit
We look at the surfaces, check for rot and failing paint, and talk through colors and timing.
Written scope
Surfaces, repairs, products, coats, and price in writing, with a start date.
Prep and paint
Protect, wash, repair, and prime first. Finish coats go on once the surface is ready.
Final walkaround
We walk the job with you and touch up anything on your list before we're done.
